Hand harvested, de-stemmed and fermented on its skins for 10-15 days at 25-30 degrees Celsius, this wine is then aged in stainless steel vats for up to 6 months and bottled early to retain its explosive red fruit aromatics. Firm, ripe tannins add grip to this tense but strikingly complex wine. Very food friendly, it is a remarkable value produced by a passionate artisan wine grower. |
