As with all of Goisot's wines, this is a serious over-achiever. High levels of mineral and earth notes with some floral notes. Gorgeous stone fruit flavors with a saline edge that finishes up long and pristine. This is very classy Bourgogne Blanc that would put most Chablis to shame. |
