Produced from between 25-35 plots in the hills above La Orotava (200-700 meters elevation), this wine shows intriguing floral, citrus and mineral aromas in the nose. Delicious, bracing acidity carries through the mouth providing for a tense, persistent finish. Plump fruit make this wine both crisp and generous.
