1/3 Grenache, 1/3 Carignan, 1/3 Syrah Traditional de-stemmed havest except for carbonic maceration for the Carignan. Aged in vat and bottled un-filtered to preserve all of the fruit and structure.
The nose shows dark blueberries as well as wild aromas of pepper, smoke, leather and bacon. Very rich and round, the wine is both velvety and has great length for the price.
