Sauvignon Blanc-Clairette-Grenache Blanc

25-50 year old vines farmed organically on the mediterranean shores of the northern Languedoc. Fresh, floral nose with citrus, melon and some spice. Lively acidity and good minerality follow through on the finish to keep you coming back for more. Refreshingly unoaked, drink this with any seafood, especially oysters (like the ones grown near where its made), cheese and lighter fare. Shockingly low in alcohol (only 12%!!). Great value!
