Produced from young vines grown in sandy, rocky clay soils. Hand harvested and fermented in vat. Methode Champenoise techniques are used here with a dosage of 5g/l. Only 1000 cs produced.

Crisp, dry and aromatic. Very refreshing and pure fruit that bring the classic mineral qualities one would expect from this area to a sparkling wine that shows good finesse length.

Due to extremely short crops in 2016, Jo Landron was obliged to supplement his domaine grapes with some purchased fruit, which was not organic. This is an exceptional situation, however we believe that the quality of this batch is truly worthy of the producer.
