Produced from roughly equal parts Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, this wine is shows remarkable poise and grace for a southern rosé. Floral berry notes in the nose with stone fruits are followed by a wine with crisp acidity and good length. There are flavors of anis & fennel that are a tell-tale sign of Canorgue's terroir. Pull out the olives and the pétanque balls and you'll think you're in Provence. |
