Indigenous to Caluso, these Erbaluce grapes are hand-harvested and the resulting white wine is aged on its lees in stainless steel tanks for four months. Pale staw/gold colored, the nose is of wildflowers and yellow apples. Crisp, firm acidity backs up this explosive, mineral tinged wine with flavors of citrus and figs.
